For admission, the parents are requested to contact the Administration Officer and collect the application form. The filled in application form should be submitted to the officer and an appointment can be fixed to meet the therapists to get assessed. After the assessment, the fees can be paid to the Administration Officer through cheque, D.D.(or) cash. The admission is limited to only 60 children.
