MANAGEMENT

	The founder - Director of the center is Mr.M.Palani, who takes care of the Administration.
	Ms.Akila Palani: Speech-Language Pathologist qualified from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore. Since then she worked in various organizations, medical colleges and hospitals, "I had a long passion to help the differently - abled children & to make them more able & therefore it was made possible by my dad."
	Ms.Devi Palani: An advisor and montessori educator works with children, with Autism, uses play-way method, auditory, visual and kinesthetic approaches. She also counsells parents how to approach in a positive way and to tap out their (children) talent.
	Ms.Pavithra Palani: Post graduate in Ecology and Environmental Science. Her passion towards the differently abled children made her undergo an intensive PG diploma in Learning Disability offered by Madras University along with Child's Trust Hospital (ie. Kanchi Kamakotti Child's Trust Hospital - Chennai) She works with learning differently abled children, studies them and understands their inabilities and help cope up in their academics without much pressure and also taps out their potential.
